Service Scope
We provide white label CRM setup, website setup, app setup (as per plan), and support to start and run your finance business across PAN India.
Plans and Pricing
Plan charges are mentioned on our website and shared by our team. Plan 1 is CRM + Website and Plan 2 is CRM + Website + App. Prices are subject to applicable taxes.
Onboarding and Access
Client must provide correct KYC and business details for onboarding. Wrong details can delay account activation or service access.
DSA and Sub DSA Use
You are responsible for activities of your DSA and Sub DSA network. All users must follow legal, lender, and compliance guidelines.
Lender and Approval Disclaimer
Loan approvals depend on lender policy, customer eligibility, and document quality. Finoza Capital cannot guarantee loan approval in every case.
Acceptable Use
You must not use the platform for fraud, mis-selling, fake leads, or any illegal activity. Such use can result in suspension without notice.
Support and Changes
We provide support as per the active plan. Features and integrations may change based on product updates and lender ecosystem changes.
